GOODWYN MILLS CAWOOD – Milledgeville City Hall Renovation Project

THE CITY OF MILLEDGEVILLE – City Hall 2nd Floor Remodel

'The City of Milledgeville has retained Dyer Construction to remodel the second floor at City Hall. This is a large scale high priority project. The estimated value of the project is $425,000.00. The full council chambers is being remodeled along with two offices and a conference room. The project is within a historic structure and has been very well managed by Dyer and is being constructed within the time frame allotted for the development. The city has been very pleased with Dyer’s performance and delivery.'
